I bought an Alltel family group strategy and 4 mobile phones from Letstalk.com in early Dec. 2008. The Letstalk site, and also the bills I obtained from their store, all suggested the Service cost was FREE. Nevertheless, after I got my first statement from Alltel, it involved a $25 service charge for every telephone. I've invested time and effort about the telephone with Alltel and also have to date been not able to solve this problem. I'll not spend the charge. Alltel is threatening to hold my support. I actually donot understand if this really is Alltelis fault, or Letstalk's fault. But I'dnot suggest either organization. This hits me as legal conduct, and that I have approached my condition attorney-general having a criticism.
