1. They claim you are able to spend your statement online, but cant. Your billed $3 to pay for your statement thru cust service. 2. You receive folded around thru the automatic service when attempting to achieve cust service. I complianed a whole weekend & it did no-good. I'm spending money on 2 mobile phones and broadband sefvice. 3. Whenever you buy the broadband support you're designed to be eligible for a $50 email-in-refund. I shipped mine in 3 months before & it is still not turning up online, or does cust support possess a report of it being delivered in. I've had it!
