I called to inquire about my order which showed it shipped Dec. 6th, ten days ago. I placed the order Nov. 19th. Andrea, the Cust. Service rep. Was rude and told me it would take up to 5 weeks from the day it was SHIPPED, not the day it was ordered as I thought. I tried to explain how misleading the "up to 5 weeks" statement ontheir website was - it didn't tell the customer from what date, ordered or shipped. Andrea was extremely rude and would notacknowledge my point.
I am looking for another online cigarette company that is reliable and dependable. If any of you find one, please share it here. Thanks.
