On January 30, after joining CSG as an affiliate, I placed an order for 25 Client Leads from their back office for $200 using Google checkout.

After placing the order I only received confirmation from Google. The next day after order placed I sent in a support ticket indicating that I placed an order and didn't receive confirmation. They asked for whose name the cc was in (which was my husbands) and confirmed the order was received.

I could go into detail but the bottom line is they never fulfilled my order. I have a full support ticket transcript to show the length of time that passed before they would respond. At one point, A MONTH LATER and after several inquiries as to the status, they said that "somehow my account was paused". They proceeded to tell me that delivery would commence immediately. Again, no leads.

In all fairness after the first 9 days of this ordeal they did offer to refund to my cc but they also said the lead problem was fixed. They apparently had some type of technical issue. Being that the problem was fixed and this was early in the game I passed up the offer for a refund.

Again the ordeal went on until March 6th at which point I had dealt with enough and asked for my refund. I sent in several support tickets over the course of 3 business days with zero response. One problem, from my side, after putting the charge on our cc my husband went to an ATM and left his card on accident. We had to call the bank to replace the card. I explained this in detail in the support tickets and the personal information they had on file was exactly the same. The only thing that changed was the last 8 digits. After explaining this in detail they said they could not issue a credit to a different card.

I knew of someone that received a very small payment amount from them through paypal so i asked that they please use that. They then told me they could not but could send a check. On 3/12 I received a confirmation that they were issuing and mailing a check that day for my refund.

On March 22 I asked them what was going on as I received nothing. They told me check was mailed 3/13/07 and gave me a check number. This check NEVER CAME. I asked them to please provide the refund within 24 hours through paypal as I never received check and also asked them for some sort of proof.

I received nothing as a response. Absolutely nothing. I have asked repeatedly and given them ample opportunity to furnish proof or payment and have received absolutely NOTHING.in addition, they do not give "junior referrals" a phone number to call.

The only communication i can use with them is a support ticket or mail to a forwarding service address in TX. This company is not registered in any state as a corporation that I have been able to find. I am frustrated and would like my $200 back Today. Putting out this money was intended to bring in commissions for me and since i don't have either this has put me in a bad situation.

In addition they are claiming to match homeowners facing foreclosure with a company that wants to help. Very Scary.
