Maytag Model #MMV4205 This design was purchased less then 3 months prior to the heat element burnedout. Maytag wouldn't trade.informed us they'd deliver a restoration person to repair. 5 days later rerpair guy comes and claims he can't repair it because he didn't possess the components. An order is positioned to-order the components. Per week later one-part turns up damaged. Once the Maytag repair guy turns up he claims that components isn't any good-and the two other areas were backordered and wouldn't deliver to get a month. We contact there reaction quantity and demand to obtain this solved rapidly, nor wish to delay another month to obtain the stove set. The individual (rob) at customer support informs us he can't do anything-but place an facilitate set for the components. We advise him the technician had previously attempted to place an facilitate about the component which he was tiold that since this can be a new-model they can't get us a component till then. The client support individual informs us he doesn't think this and claims that the help is likely to be place in which we've to hold back for that component. This is actually the toughest support I've handled. We invested over $400 on the stove that's said to be the most effective of the point and alternatively the issues create us feel like it was the toughest choice to purchase this design.
