I purchased a cell phone from Lets Talk because I had a discount offer from an affiliate. As I was going through the purchase options, Lets Talk Reps were fast friendly and ready to write an order.

I then get laid off and only had the phone for 2 weeks and had hardly used it at all. Most everything still boxed up and in the wrappers.

I start the process of calling 888-848-4792 only to get told time after time from a recording that the reps are all busy and leave a message, you will get a call back within 24 hours. 5 messages and NO RETURN CALLS ever! On hold for more then 45 minutes combined on 5 calls.

They have a clause that you cannot return your phone if you have used 30 minutes or more... So they leave you on hold so that they make sure that you hit that 30 minutes...

Emailed and emailed for RMA number and NEVER got one reply!

They have hidden from the return policy and will not respond to any calls or emails.

I have documented every time that I have called and how long that I was on hold and will try canceling the service through Verizon Wireless instead.
