Avoid doing business with lets talk.com, they over charged me, mailed my phones to wrong place, messed up the order for 2 phones and 2 lines and then denied my rebate. Verizon fixed it all after multiple calls. Verizon paid me one rebate.
Lets talk did not pay me my other rebate. They claim was not paid because my account with verizon was not current even though i had a credit balance and sent them twice proof i had paid the initial bill.
Lets talk did not refund me the amount they should not have charged me. I was overcharged for the phones, the activation fees and they charged me from the day i placed the order for the two phone lines even though they mailed the phones to the wrong address. Overnight delivery became two week delivery because they did not put the right address on the package. I had them read me the address twice and yet they still typed the address wrong. When i called them they said don't worry the phones will be returned and then once they return them we will ship them again. I called the delivery company fed ex and was able to track down the packages but still was two weeks before i got the phones.
I have called and written and emailed them and they do not ever return calls or respond. It has been three months and they still will do nothing.
Do not use this ripoff company lets talk is just bull.
