I recently purchased a swimsuit from e-bikini.net. It took them two weeks to ship it out. When it arrived, I found it was too small, so I tried to contact them to return it. Their return policy states returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
I emailed them, called them (Talk to a Real Person it says on their webpage, ya right!) and they will not respond to me. Their "Talk to a Real Person" phone number just results in an answering machine, leave a message all you want, they won't return your call. So now I am stuck with a $68.00 bathing suit that doesn't fit. AVOID e-bikini.net, their prices may be better but their customer service is non-existent.
