Letstalk is a deceptive company just out for a quick buck with very shoddy costomer service to say the least. If you need to contact them for anything over the phone be prepared to be on hold for 30 min up to two hours (wow yeah Ive actually waited that long). When you finnally do get ahold of someone, they act like they have about the education of a second grader.
I think they must use a temp service or something because it appears they picked these people straight up off the streets. They are very confusing, I think purposely when trying to get a straight answer. Letstalk does not even follow thier own return policy which states you have 30 days to return your phones. The policy didnt say anything about if you go over 50 min in that month you cannot which is what Letstalk tryed to tell me. Please refer to the following:

Write the RMA # on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping carton. All items that are received without a valid RMA # will be refused.

Lets talk will not let you return your phone and will charge $250 ea be aware. They also lye about coverage areas which is why I had to cancel my service with Sprint and return my phones in the first place. You will be on a rollercoaster ride you will not be soon to forget 500 to 1000 dollars later!!! BEWARE
