On 3/21 I stopped in to inquire if they could fix my daughter's cell phone. I was told it would not be a problem & to pick it up in 2 days. I went back on the 3rd day & was told they took it to another store & it was not back yet that they would have it back on 3/26. I went back in on 3/27 & was told they forgot to pick it up but it was ready. I told them I would pick it up myself since they could not seem to remember to do it. I was told then that for me having to 20 miles (both ways) out of my way they would cover the cost of repairing. When I then called the other store they said had my phone & I was then told they did not have it. Everytime I called they did not have it yet. When I called back on 4/6 I was told they would have it in about 2 hours. Finally on 4/7 when the phone was picked up I was told I still had to pay the fee. When I called the orginal store back he said he never said that & it was him that went out of his way to drop the phone off & wanted to know why I didn't pick it up sooner. Well... Lets see if my phone would have been ready at EITHER store I would have been more than willing to pick it up.
