I bought an EPSON Artist 700 on December 6 like a Holiday present for my child who lives outofstate. From the period she obtained it and attempted to create it-up, it had been early January. The printer wouldn't switch on. She attempted to come back it towards the nearby shop of the string that I'd bought it from but because it was beyond 2 weeks, she was informed she'd to cope with EPSON straight. Since I have thought terrible that it had been something special, I informed her to deliver it back again to me and that I might cope with them.

After I received it and established the issue, I approached EPSON.
