After sales service to 52

After-sales support for 52-inch LCD Samsung 1080 g T/v bought through Ken Kranes.

We bought the aforementioned T/V from Ken Kranes in a high-price of $4000 about 24 months ago. Sadly we didnot buy the warranty once we assumed that Samsung items are of top quality. Nevertheless, it was false whilst the T/V abruptly ceased dealing with no indicator of the breakdown whatsoever.

This T/V is just utilized like a 2nd T/v and it is just viewed within the nights. We approached Ken Kranes and Samsung Technology who bluntly declined to correct their item and called us to some third party organization who advised the power had given method and is getting us an exhorbitant price to correct this Television

After I advised Samsung that people settled a higher cost due to their item and they must provide to correct it, they advised "that items do split and they aren't prone to do any repairs".

We're really dissatisfied in the arrogant response that people obtained and we're warning customers to watch out for buying Samsung items as their after-sales support hurts. We do possess a T/v that people have now been applying for that previous 5 years "Sylvania" which item hasn't provided us any issues for that greatest period.
