Advertised on T.V. It supposed to clean up my computer but all it did was ask for more money

Finally Fast was advertised on T.V. It was supposed to clean up my computer and get rid of viruses. All it did after I signed up and put it on my credit card was give pop up ads asking for more money and jammed up my computer.
