Called as A Windows Representative. I allowed access to computer. Scam was to erase infectious viruses and clean computer. Unable to connect to the internet.
The screen of my computer turned black and I had no respons anymore on the computer. They told me that tey would solve it. The screen went back on but I receved no other action converning the cleaning of my computer.
