Bought a Protron Portable DVD, design #PDV-288 from Sears.instant issues getting lightweight battery power to provide the stated 2.5 hours battery life. (no more than 1-hour of battery life.) After not utilizing equipment for roughly 6 mos., not able to cost battery power whatsoever. Unable to choose a replacement battery power. Unable to contact Protron possibly by phone, email, or connect with their site. 3rd party providers (Radio Shack, etc.) not able to give a similar replacement battery power. Sears promises to not have any link with Protron, and not able to offer replacement battery power.
