I purchased a fresh Kenmore Elite machine from Sears using the prolonged safety strategy and also have only difficulty with-it from day-one. Their safety strategy is phony as their specialists don't understand what they're performing whatsoever. Exactly what a waste of my money and time! After 7 support calls we still possess the same problem-develop of scum within the bathtub that gets all-in our garments-horrible!
