When I signed up for a disk to help me with government grants it asked for only a $2.95 shipping fee, nothing else if you canceled within the proper amount of time. I tried to cancel within 2 days and thought I had, but no here it is a month and a half later and I have found 3 different charges for I DON'T KNOW WHAT!!! I NEVER received the disk (CD) but did pay the initial $2.95 for shipping, then several other charges from GSA/SBA, NetworkAgenda.com (whose phone # has been disconnected!) and SBA Express have suddenly appeared. I have gone back to the original website to try to find contact info... ANYTHING and could not.
When I contacted my bank they forwarded me emails from several other customers who have had exactly the same thing happen, thank god I found this website with GOOD contact info for this company! I also forwarded to my bank to share with the others who were ripped off.
I hope someone is taking legal action against this company!
