My name is Daniel, i have being a good customer of Dell for many years, i have buy 11 desktop and laptop from that company, and most of the time with out of problem, but my last experience was not that great.
After buying two new laptop for my daughter in December 20 one was great the other one was a LEMON, i have being in the phone with Dell for countless hours, then they send a teck to repair the laptop 3 time every time a new problem come up. I have ask to replace the laptop, but they (Dell) is trying to grind me down with they are phone system patching me from office to office asking me the same info every time. You know the feeling...
After 3 month of phone call i decided to take charge of the situation and i will not give up, i am going to use every mean in my disposal to take it to the end.
To everyone out there DO NOT GIVE UP, like Winston Churchill say, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give up
