I placed a web order on mrbdepot.com via paypal and my credit card company for an XBOX360 on February 28th. The company stated order/shipping policy on their website states that they have 3 business days to ship an XBOX 360. We were informed by the company that the product would "ship later this week" on Monday March 6. That is that last communication that has been received from them despite several contact attempts via email and phone.
Today is March 8th and we still have not received any information about when the order will ship. However, we have noticed that they have changed their prices for XBOX 360's. And they have also changed their shipping policy to be on a first come first serve basis.
We are filling all necessary disputes and taking additional legal action. We will also be notifying the State of CT Attorney General and the local prosecutors office if the product is not shipped ASAP and received as advertised or if we do not get a full refund.
