In late June I ordered two Wilson CB antennas via 1 Stop Electronics' website. My credit card was charged immediately at the time of the transaction.

According to 1 Stop's posted policy, I should have either been shipped my product with in 2-3 days OR been notified immediately if there was going to be a delay.

Neither happened.

I sent email to the three contact email address I found on the website several times over a 10 day period with zero response. I notified 1 Stop Electronics via email that I wanted to cancel my order and requested a credit back to my credit card. It should be noted that that the website never had an address OR a contact phone number!

Again, no response. During this 10 day period the 1stopelectronics website changed home pages and since about July 9th has had a different graphic saying the site is "under construction".

Contacted my credit card company and reported a fraudulent purchase and requested a credit. Told I had to wait 15 calendar days after notifying vendor of cancelling order before requesting credit. Sent emails again to 1 Stop Electronics but no response.

After 15 more days, I got my credit card company to credit me back on the purchase.

Do not order anything from this company!

BTW, I ordered the SAME antennas through an Amazon marketplace seller for less money (saved a ton on shipping) and got my antennas in 4 business days.
