Theft of money sent to order equipment

I sent $7881 to him to ensure that he might purchase a Naim HDX participant. Before he did therefore, I named to express I'd transformed my brain and never to continue using the purchase, that we quit like a voicemail and follow-up with voicemail. He stated 24 hours later he'd previously submitted the purchase. Later-after months to be incommunicado I reached him and he accepted he'd not submitted the purchase which he owed me the cash. He also had procrastinated for weeks about trading a set of speakers he offered me whose end was broken. Lastly he explained he'd organized in the future the exact distance to wherever I survive a particular evening last month to settle me and trade the speakers. He left me awaiting his appearance for times while maintaining his phone switched off his telephone. I've not had the opportunity to achieve him within the months since.
