About a few months before, I requested a soccer jacket for my puppy. Worked up about the merchandise, I settled the additional delivery costs for fast cargo (2-3 times). Well, 2 weeks had handed and that I still hadnot obtained the merchandise and so I named them (which usually visited voicemail) and e mailed them stating that I needed my delivery costs returned because it did not seem sensible to cover 2-3 day delivery but still not get the item after 14 days. They replied to my email ONCE, stating they were sold-out of the jersey I requested and they might deliver it once it became available. DIDN'T REFUND MY SHIPPING PRICE.
After NOT GETTING my purchase following the per month, I tried calling (nevertheless voicemail) and e mailed them again stating that I simply needed them to stop my purchase and also have my money returned. I did so NOT OBTAIN A RESPONSE OR PERHAPS A REIMBURSEMENT.
I e mailed them two more occasions BUT STILL DIDN'T GET ITEM AFTER 2 5 WEEKS!!! That is after I submitted a to BBB and quit an upset concept on the voicemail. Lastly after about a few months since purchasing the product, I obtained it (it should have been concerning the period they obtained BBB criticism) HOWEVER IT WAS THE INCORRECT ITEM!
I've totally quit attempting cope with the corporation and simply chose to maintain the incorrect item and ignore it. I really hope my tale may sacrifice another person the problem of getting to cope with them.
