I too have suddenly had charges pop up on my cell phone bill. One for Mobile Messenger Alerts and another for some company called Twistbox for ringtones. Each are charging me $9.99. I called my provider (Sprint) and they are trying to block them but they won't give me a credit for the charges. I am not paying $20 for this crap. Has anyone else received a credit for this stuff with Sprint or do you know how to get a refund from these people?
