I received charges on my Sprint PCS bill for "premium services" that I never subscribed to. These were for text alerts and a ringtone from a company called Mobile Messenger. The have a contact number provided by Sprint (800-235-7105) taht only allows you to unsubscribe, but has no other options to let you speak to someone or request a refund. The website is www.2yourcell.com, which interestingly, if you read the fine print, tells you the service is only available to customers in Australia!!!
As I have an old phone that does not text message, there is no way I could have ever signed up for this service to begin with. My total charges were 7 text alerts for 5.99 each and 1 ringtone for 9.99. Sprint agreed to remove half the charges but insist that I must have signed up for this which is ridiculous.
