Failed to give credit on my credit card for merchandise returned and signed fo

I bought the item for my wifes Christmas. She did not want it. I contacted the company and they gave me instructions on how to return it. I did this in january. They keep asking me for the same information over and over again to issue the credit. I have given the information to them three times and still have not received my credit of $139.94. Can you help me?
