I bought and taken care of a kenmore machine and dryer your day AFTER Christmas throughout a black friday sales. I had been informed the devices wouldn't maintain till Christmas.in January no devices however. Began delivering emails to Sears, and obtained NO help or devices. Lastly was informed from the shop that people bought them they might appear on February 17. Named today and was informed to contact after 1:00 PM. I called again at 1:30 and was educated they were directly into come and choose them up. I visited the shop plus they weren't IN. Was handed the BS they might contact me in a Few times and I would like to understand where my devices are!? Additionally they offered me phone numbers to document complaints WITH NO it's possible to reply my concerns or tackle my grievances. I visited their site searching for anyone to tackle this problem, and also the phone number they provide is also BOMBARDED, it says to call-back!?
Ultimately I talked to some individual and was informed they'll contact me back!?
