We've had an overall total of 15 fix calls on our washer and lastly were informed that under our guarantee (that people HAVE EXPERIENCED to carry on purchasing every year) they'd change our machine. I had been provided an archive # which somebody might contact me by having an auth # after which we'd get into sears and choose a brand new machine. Were we thrilled! No body actually named therefore a couple of days later I followed-up and was informed that I had been provided the incorrect info and we had a need to put up another support phone that they could not plan for another week! And so I set it-up and some nights later I named to verify and abruptly my report # no further exists OMG! We shall NEVER conduct business with sears again and would not suggest any devices be purchased out of this shop.
