Making up california fee charges where they dont apply San Jose California

I was trying to buy like 20 micro sd cards online at radioshack

But for every card i am getting 8 dollars for california recycling fees

I click in the details and it sais that these fees apply to any screen monitor s computer monitors plasma tvs but it doesn't say anything about amemory card this is the biggest rip off i ever seen
