After three hours on the line with their tech support, and after my internet connection was approved for width, etc, by them inthe first 10 minutes, they can't resolve the problem and tell me there is nothing they can do for me.internet

Do not purchase from the fly by night company - unresponsive and don't stand behind their product - total rip off and waste your time trying to reprogram your computer - one tech simply disconnected the chat (they won't phone you) and I had to start all over with three others... They keep transferring you until you have wasted hours
