I signed up at a Verizon kiosk at Costco for three phones, I had a rebate offer in-hand for $105.00, this was on 4/18/08. We mailed in the paper work and it was returned saying it was incomplete, we resubmitted with everything they asked for, now they call me and leave a message that the paper work is still incomplete, when I called back, the lady was "not available". Guess what, the 30 day time limit has now expired. I will contact the state attorney generals office and attemp also to file a claim thru small claims court. Be advised —do not buy a phone thru Costco, they can't/won't help you!
