I moved from Florida to Tennessee, went to cancel my contact, same as everyone else, I requested box be sent to return thier equipment, of course they never sent it, requested more than 3 times, they tried to get money out of my accounts, but I am smarter than they are, I keep debit cards low balance and transfer as needed:) To make a long story short, to protect my credit, I pay them 1 dollar a week on my banks autopay system, then I go into live chat with Dish reps (the live chat can be found on thier website), and my revenge is I talk to them like dogs! I cuss, I act very badly. The value of my 1 dollar per week is worth it having them shut me down on live chat.in summary, this may really do no good, but it makes me feel a lot better. I loath these people and it certainly releases stress after a bad day. Btw. DISH PEOPLE you are NOT the leader in HDTV. I went with Direct. Better service, best price.
Can you imagine the POWER of all annoyed Dish ex-customers to go to live chat and talk to them like dogs.??
