I requested a few swords one was a reproduction purchase I created on incident. The main one I created on error I sent them-and described the problem plus they stated the purchase was ended which I'll get a return asap. The 2nd blade I waited for around per month and approached them asking what's happening with my package. Explained that it had been back-ordered which their cargo was caught in traditions. I told them when I'd not get the Product before July 14th (purchase initially created on like September 7th) they may as well stop that purchase aswell since I requested Them like a prop to some costume. Then they explained that these were sorry I had been inconvenienced or something similar to that, and explained that my requested have been ended and that I'd obtain my return ASAP (second-time) It's today Oct and I'm still looking to get my return back from them.
