This is actually the globe' TOUGHEST support (or absence thereof). I planned FOUR support calls to correct damaged dryer. First specialist was inefficient and did not purchase the correct components. Next technology stated it was employment for 2 fix people and remaining. Next visit, I had been stood up. No body actually turned up. Next Visit, technician did not appear ALL OVER AGAIN. I'm completely sick and tired of the corporation. It is a fraud... They consider your cash, guarantee you support after which provide you with the run around REPEATEDLY again. I have lost numerous times awaiting these folks who possibly never appear or have no idea the things theyare doing. BEWARE! They are are terrible.
