I am writing to hopefully stop you from making the same mistake I made. That is to trust mrculpepper.com with a payment for an order before it is sent. It's a wonder that this place iseven in business, with a work ethic such as has been displayed thus far.
It started on Nov. 28 when I purchased a blu-ray player from mrculpepper.com. The website showed the item was in stock, so I felt confidence. That was were everything went wrong. I placed my order and continued to paypal's website to make my payment. I recieved a reciept for my payment but over the next few days I did not recieve a tracking number. When I tried calling the phone number they gave, my calls went unanswered. After 19 days passed, I finally recieved a response via e-mail.
I was told by someone named Ryan that my order shipped out on Tuesday Dec. 16. His excuse for the delay was problems with tracking info updating on the website. He assured me that this information was being entered manually, until the problem was corrected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was the holidays and I was now sure that my order had been shipped. Of course it is now Dec 31 and christmas has come and gone but I still have no tracking number nor do I have my order! I have sent repeated e-mails in the past week, all of which have seemingly been ignored.
