I made several attempts over the past several months, since placing the order 10/06/08 via their website and by voicemail to have an order of $182.73 cancelled to no avail.
Being put off for such a long period of time I searched the web and found that they have a history of complaints from being very slow to not filling orders placed, withdrawing funds or processing credit vouchers before orders are processed.
They do a great job sending emails stating the obvious; your order is on backorder due to overwhelming customer response... All lies!!! I've received this same email since Oct. 14th.
I only wished I had done my homework before placing my order. A lesson learned I would advise any consumer to do their homework and investigate the site (s) before purchasing.
How about it all "us" unsatisfied, jilted, deceived customers... Class Action Suit???
