I made my order for $429 two weeks ago and paid for 3 day shipping. First the order was never processed and on the fourth day I sent a message saying that i would like it processed without the 3 day shipping but they did not listen. They said they would send a complimentary car charger. Then comes this past monday and i get an email saying its on back order. I sent numerous emails and called them but no one would answer anything. I called my bank and filed a claim and the next day under my order status it said that to not call my bank as it will take longer to receive a refund. Now why would a company have to post something like that? I am still waiting on a response from the bank and still sending and calling the company or so called company.
