I purchased an unlocked t-mobile sidekick 3 NEW as a christmas present for my son when I recieved it, it was far from new. I hooked the phone up the day after christmas and 30 minutes of use the phone's display screen went completely white.
I tried to contact the seller on ebay under TESSIE'S TOYS only to find that the seller's name changed to FRANKSFONES (red flag). I proceeded to email the seller on several occassions and got no response. I finally put a claim through with paypal and only THEN did the seller try to contact me. He was absolutely RUDE and didn't want to refund my money. I notified paypal again to let them know that this seller is by far a FRAUD!!!
He finally agreed to refund my money after giving me the run around. I wound NOT reccommend this seller to any one.
Buyers be ware TESSIE'S TOYS, FRANKSFONES AND TESSIESTOYS.com IS A FRAUD COMPANY. Even if his feedback is good on ebay, look him up on the internet. I wish I would have. I'm right along with Mike from New York i'm trying to get him OFF of Ebay
