I was totaly ripped off by "yes I know anothe copier company". I signed the contract for a Sharp copier machine, after waiting for 3 months to get the machine, I finaly recieved the machine. I had the machine for two months when we started having problems.
I called the customer service line and was told my "Tech" would be out first thing in the morning. The Tech showed up two weeks later. Then he informs me that the machine we have is a refurbished machine, Not the new one I thought and was told I was getting. I called my rep and he informs me that he no longer works there because the company and owner are "shady".
I informed him of my problem and he thens says that " Anthony, who I think is the owner" told the rep to sell a refurbished machine to us " they wont know the difference" Now they wont replace the machine and have stopped even servicing it. I was also told by a customer service lady Karen that " We have constant turnover of reps and Managers that it is hard for us to keep up with. I have since found out that this company has a very bad reputation and has a practice of bait and switch!
