I ordered a camera on November 18. I called the last week of November to find out when I would get the order. I was told they had 10 - 12 days to get the order out. On the 12th day, I called again and told them that I wanted to cancel the order. I was transferred to "Scott's" voice mail. All I could do was to tell the voice mail I wanted my order cancelled. I called back on December 4th to make sure the order was cancelled. I got someone that asked for my last name (which I gave the time before). I gave it to him and he told me that my order was cancelled. I called back on December 7th as I saw there had been no change in my order that was still sitting out there on the internet to make sure that it did indeed get cancelled. Now, this time when I called, I was told the number had been changed or disconnected so now there is no way I can contact them about this specific order. I feel I have been scammed. I no longer want the order.
