Ordered products (mailed) on November 19th. Check was cashed and paid on November 26th. Order was still not received on December 17th. Called company, placed on hold for 20 minutes. Customer Service told me that the products were on back order and I should have received a letter stating such. I DID NOT! These are Christmas presents and Christmas is one week away. She told me they could cancel the order, as it wasn't expected to ship until mid January. I told her to cancel and asked when I could expect reimbursement. She said it would take 2 or 3 weeks. Totally not expectable. They've had my money for two months then.
