Although I am loving and peaceful, verizon has pushed me over the edge. Two years ago, I switched to Cablevision♥. Verizon has had credit services try to collect money that I do NOT owe for equipment that I returned.in the last few years, this matter has been settled more than once. I even have a confirmation # from the last time a Verizon agent told me that it was a mistake, they got the packages, and that I do not owe anything! She was supposed to send it to the data base, so this will end. · ·. I just called them again. They claim that I did not return the equipment. I did return everything!!!
