I bought a lcd television from Sears in January of 07. It was a floor-model and also the salesman explained that I ought to purchase the warranty because the lamp life have been reduced since it was on daily for Lord knows how long. I did so buy the guarantee and would not you realize it the lamp burned-out 14 days before. After I named to-order the lamp the repetition explained it'd be three times to get it. About the eveningof the 3rd evening used to do not get the lamp. I named to check out uo which repetition explained the component was on back-order plus they could not tell me when it'd be in. I requested to talk to a supervisor. Once the supervisor got about the telephone, he explained there should have been some error simply because they do not have components on back-order. He set me on-hold to check on the position. Affirmed, th epart was on back-order and offered me a vessel time of 11/29/08. He explained he is a supervisor there for more than 10 years which may be the very first time he's stumbled upon a component needing to back-ordered. I had been pissed since they did not tell me this right from the start. This is actually the last moment I'll purchase something from Sears.
