Thinking to save $10 or so, I thought that I would order a replacement lamp from this online retailer on 9/21.
*The lamp came with a six month warranty and died 6 months to the day I bought it, literally*
This company sells the "same lamp" with a 12 month warranty for about $30 more.
I explained to the company that the OEM lamp lasted for 3 years (years!), and was hoping perhaps for a new lamp or even a discount off of a new lamp.
*I didn't even get an apology.* What a waste of time and money.
