This company advertised a new Digital camcorder for $200 less than the competition. I should have known something was amiss, but I "felt lucky". So I ordered the camcorder.
2 weeks later, I still haven't received my order. I checked their website to track the status of my order, and it just sent me to their home page.
I called their customer (non)-service, but every time I explain why I am calling, they place me on hold while they check my information. Of course, they never come back.
I finally get someone to answer my questions, and they tell me that the item is not in stock, and to wait a few days and check back.
I call back a few days later and get put on hold several times, but I wait them out. They still don't have the camcorder in stock, but can substitute one with similar features for, shockingly, more money!
Stay far, far, far away from these crooks.
