Same story as the last person who reported 86th photo and video. I purchased a Sony Camcorder online. They emailed me to call their customer service dept and speak to "Steve" who tried to sell me everything they had in stock. And, he told me the camcorder did NOT come with a battery at all. He wanted me to buy either the 2 hour or 5 hour battery. I did not. I rec'd an email today stating that they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for 5 to 6 weeks.
