I purchased a kenmore refrigerator last year. I'm so upset with the product I don't know where to start.in the year that we have used the product every rack on the door has broke in half and the door handle continues to loosen. I had a 15 yr old refrigerator that lasted another year before i replace it with this new one. I replaced the faulty items for $75 and I was shocked. I feel like I am being ripped off and I feel someone needs to inspect the product. Along with the racks being replace I had to replace the plastic around the second shelf glass. Please help! I was told be sears there is nothing they can do. I want to be reimbursed. Photos have been taken.
