Purchased product payment was charged to credit card, never received item

I purchased items from this website over a month ago; received an invoice for the product to my email address and my credit card was charged the items and still have not received. I have made several attempts to contact them via their website and responding to the invoice and sign up emails and no one has bothered to contact me, nor give a refund for the items.
