I purchased (3) items from consoleshop.com three weeks ago. The items were in stock according to the website listing. I received an email stating the payment was accepted. After a few days I emailed to find out the shipment info. They responded in about 4 days saying that it was shipped and if it had not arrived in 15 business days to email them. Of course I did send numerous messages before during and after the 15 days was up and I have had no response from them ever since, even though I instructed them I was going to report them to every agency I could think of.
My advise is (now that I have been ripped off):
Don't order from any website that doesn't list a phone number for customer service or support!
