Was charged b/c of their mistakes

I didnt have power for several days b/c I was told that I was behind on my bills but I had records and kept catching her in lies. I wasnt behind on my bills.
I was then told if I pay the $100 somewhat dollars I would be given power but I had already paid that bill at there cc store. I finally paid the unjust and incorrect bill and figured they'll find the error and pay me back.

I waited for power which turned out for several days and I called comcast again.
"You do have power."
"No I dont b/c I wouldnt be calling you to begin with."
"So how are you talking to me." The rude comcast dude stated. "Cellphones." It turns out that they gave power to the wrong house. For example, mine would be 2140 but they had given power to 4021. WTH?

I finally got power and later got a bill stating that that week I got a bill charging me $700 for that weekened w/o power. I called them up and confronted them on the bill and they stated that I did owe that money since I had power. I said 'no b/c you gave power to the wrong house and now I being charged for your error."
"If you dont like it go with someone else, or I can have the power shut off. Your choice." said the rude female clerk.

I still paid the unjust bill and I do plan to go with another provider since they over charge completely for there mistakes.
