I found an ad in Small business Opportunities Magazine on this company. I read their advertisement and decided to check them out on their website. Their website claims that you can purchase laptops from 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers for very little money. I sent away for their information package that was supposed to be mailed to me. What I got was very poorly written e-mails with " training " modules that had little information. I also had spoken to Kyle Stevens several times on the phone and he had mentioned I could by laptops direct from them. I sent them a cashiers check for 14 laptops. I have not seen a reciept or been able to get anyone to contact me in anyway except single sentence e-mails back without any reference to my requests for a reciept or their tax information or any information for that matter. The said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to recieve the laptops! The individual I have spoken to on the phone is very unprofessional and I am hung up on every time I call. I checked into their internet " whois" file and the name and number of the website owner is bogus and they own over a hundred other domains that they are probably using to scam other people. Under the threat of litigation several time I finally recieved my certification number without any certification training at all and I contacted these 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers and they said I can get laptops shipped to me in less that 2 weeks! So why is it taking them 6 to 8 weeks to get them to me. I am leaving out many very frustrating details for the sake of this report being too lengthy. This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. To this point I have no laptops, no refund, I can not get any e-mails or calls returned. I sent them money on july 29th and have not recieved anything from them!!! They have been using the earthquake there as an excuse on why they are having such difficulties. I sent them and they cashed the check on the day of the earthquake. They didnt have any problems cashing that check but everything else is all screwed up???
What a rip off this place is.
